We recently boarded our beloved senior Chiweenie with Puppy Palace. She is not used to being around anyone but us, and we were initially quite nervous about leaving her. Our nerves began to fade as we received daily updates and pictures that showed she was adapting well to her surroundings and caregivers.

The care and love they provided to her was evident. She enjoyed her spacious kennel area and the safely fenced-in yard that she explored several times a day. One of the pictures they sent showed the owner of Puppy Palace - Victoria - holding our girl in her lap and gazing down at her lovingly.

Our pup came home healthy and happy and we feel very fortunate to have found Puppy Palace. It is truly a unique and special place.

We have used them for dog boarding and grooming and they do such a phenomenal job. You can tell that they all love what they do. They have a very nice facility and will show you around before booking. My fur babies get a lot of walks, attention, and love while they are there. Couldn’t recommend them more!!

My little Sophie had the best time and came back smelling so good with minimal shedding and with a brand new cute collar accessory. Amber was so kind, flexible, and patient with her and I fully recommend the services here.

They sent pictures. Took them walking everyday. The dogs seemed really happy there. Will definitely use this place again. They did a fantastic job grooming our long haired German shepherd! Very, very pleased!

Very friendly staff as well a great communication! We had to have Jet shaved down because he was a little matted,But I told them I still wanted him as long as possible and they did just that! We will continue to use them as our groomer as long as they will allow my crazy ball of fur baby!

My dog had a overgrown nail that went into her pad and they were so quick on giving my dog relief. I got a same day appointment and they were so soft, easy and gentle with her. I could not have asked for better care for my baby. I appreciate them very much! Highly recommend!!!

Super great place for dog grooming. Very professional and the groomers, Axel and Amber really care about how you like your dogs to look. Both my standard poodles were relaxed and happy when I picked them up. And Chelsea the concierge was well informed, professional and super sweet! I will be a repeat customer for sure.

Spiffy's trim and deshed are excellent, she is soft and smells so nice. When we picked her up, she was not stressed. We are permanent customers of Amber!

This is a great place to take your dogs, whether grooming, boarding, or daycare. The staff were all fantastic with my Aussie pups. This was their first wash and groom away from home. When I went to pick for them up, they were playing with Chelsea's pup. I highly recommend them to anyone!!

Puppy Palace Resort did an amazing job on Harley. The employees there were very nice and professional.
